When you purchase online we send by return post a small confirmation pack and gift voucher for the "Otter Experience". The gift voucher is valid for a year and we ask the lucky recipient to contact us by email within that time to arrange a good time to come along. You can also pre-book a date, contact us directly before purchasing to check availability.
This experience is for strictly 14 years of age and upwards and is suitable for one or two participants.
You must wear wellies on the experience and it is recommended that you bring waterproofs for wet weather. By the nature of the activities, those taking part, need to be physically fit, agile and mobile.
